GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation by Cap Rando or the provider: any stay may be canceled in the event of insufficient guests to ensure a ride, up to 21 days before the starting date. In this case, the full refund is guaranteed without compensation. We advise you to book refundable flights / trains.
Cancellation by the customer: In the event of cancellation on your part, the following amounts will be retained:
For more than 60 days: 90 € per person (not reimbursable by insurance).
Between 60 and 30 days: 50% of the price.
Less than 29 days: 100% of the price.
Administrative fees and any subscribed insurance are not refundable.
Failure to sign the contract, exclusion for harmful behavior or insufficient level compared to the required level, no-show or delay at the time and meeting place, abandonment on your part during the program, the non-payment of the balance on the due date: are assimilated to the "cancellation by the customer" case with the costs indicated. The payments can be refunded if you have subscribed the cancellation insurance that we offer or any other cancellation insurance, if the cancellation reason is covered by the subscribed contract.
SPECIAL COVID CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Case 1: Your stay is canceled by the organizer for a covid regulatory reason: if you have not taken out cancellation insurance covering this risk, you will receive a credit note valid for 18 months to be used for the same program at a later date or at any time. another other program * offered by Cap Rando, or a refund * excluding booking fees and insurance that you may have subscribed. The credit is transferable to another person.
Case 2: You cannot travel from your region or country due to covid regulations, or quarantine is required: if you have not taken out a cancellation insurance covering this risk, you will receive a credit note * valid for 18 months to use for the same program at a later date or any other program * offered by Cap Rando. The credit is transferable to another person.
Case 3: In case of contamination by the virus, contact case before your departure, boarding or entry refusal due to health control: the cancellation conditions are the above general cancellation conditions. Cancellation costs may be refunded according to the cancellation insurance contract that you may have contracted.
Case 4: You must cancel because the stay you have booked requires a health pass that you do not have: the cancellation conditions are the above general cancellation conditions.
