CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Facility cancellation: Any stay can be canceled in the event of an insufficient number of participants:
Up to 20 days before the date of a stay of more than 6 days, 7 days for a stay of 2 to 5 days. In this case, another date for the same stay or another stay on the same dates may be offered. A refund or a credit note (at your choice) of the amount of the paid sums, excluding any transport (except for special conditions of the carrier) is guaranteed if the proposals are not suitable. We advise you to book refundable transports. In certain cases (late cancellations in particular), the facility can confirm a stay from 1 participant only: in this case you accept by registering, to possibly be alone on the stay.
Customer cancellation:
Cancellation by the customer: In addition to the price of insurance, registration costs and transport, the following sums will be retained:
Services excluding transports:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the starting day: 90 € per person.
- Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the starting day: 50% of the price.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the starting day (no show, exclusion or abandonment): 100% of the price.
Transports:
Except for special conditions of the companies, for any cancellation between the registration confirmation and the date of departure: compensation of 100% of the price of the services.
Other services:
Registration fees and any insurance subscribed: are not refundable.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR SOUTH AFRICA, BOTSWANA, NORTH AMERICA, CENTRAL AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA:
Cancellation by the customer: In addition to the price of insurance, registration costs and transport, the following sums will be retained:
Services excluding transports:
Cancellation more than 90 days before the starting day: 90 € per person.
Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the starting day: 50% of the price of the stay.
Cancellation less than 60 days before the starting day (no show, exclusion or abandonment): 100% of the price of the stay.
Transports:
Except for special carrier conditions, for any cancellation between the registration date and the departure date: compensation of 100% of the price of the services.
Other services:
Registration fees and any insurance subscribed: are not refundable.
The following situations are considered to be "cancellations by the client":
Failure to sign the contract, non-payment of the outstanding balance by the due date, failure to provide a proof of insurance, any change of dates requested by the client.
The following situations do not entitle the client to any refund or compensation:
Expulsion for behavior detrimental to the smooth running of the activity, expulsion for insufficient riding level and/or physical condition as determined by the guide or instructor, expulsion for inaccurate information provided on the registration form, failure to arrive on time and at the designated meeting place for personal reasons or a transport provider issue, abandonment of the activity by the client during the stay.
Services included in the package (horse riding, meals, accommodation, etc.) that are not used are not refundable.
