Monday, Dec. 28: Arrival at the Mas at 2:00 PM. A walk of approximately two hours, followed by a free evening (dinner not included) to enjoy Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and its many lively restaurants.

Tuesday, Dec. 29: Departure at 9:00 AM for a day of horseback riding in the heart of the Camargue. Ride along the banks of the Petit Rhône. Cross the Petit Rhône on horseback via the "Bac du Sauvage" ferry, then ride to the "Domaine du Grand Radeau"—a protected area with restricted access. You will ride through this wild landscape, crossing marshes and a magnificent pine forest before reaching the beach. Picnic on the beach... Return to the *Mas* for dinner.

Wednesday, Dec 30: 8:00 AM – preparing the horses; 8:30 AM – breakfast. Departure for a day’s ride at 9:30 AM. Ride towards Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer along bridle paths, winding between land and lagoons. Discover the various "zones" of the Camargue as you make your way to the coast... Picnic at the "Bouvao d'Aubanel," in the shade of the "Laupio"... Your guide will explain the meaning of these terms! In the afternoon, explore the East Beach of Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and the Impériaux Departmental Reserve... Landscapes of marshes and salt flats, rich in Camargue flora and fauna... A multitude of birds can be spotted depending on the season (350 migratory bird species have been recorded in the Camargue...). The ride ends at the entrance to Les Saintes. Minibus transfer. Free evening (dinner not included) to enjoy Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and its many lively restaurants.

Thursday, Dec 31: A 3-hour morning horseback ride through the countryside in the heart of the Camargue. Lunch at the *mas* (farmhouse), followed by a free afternoon. New Year's Eve dinner and show at Camarkas before your final night at the *mas*!

Friday, January 1st: Breakfast at 9:00 AM. Departure around 9:30 AM for a half-day excursion to a *manade* (bull ranch). You will ride towards Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer along bridle paths to the Layalle *manade*, where the rancher will introduce you to a herd of Camargue bulls and demonstrate the art and technique of sorting a wild bull in its natural environment. Return to the *Mas* for lunch and the conclusion of your stay.

Meeting / Departure

MEETING:

28/12 at 2 p.m.
Coming by train: Arles train station, then bus to Pioch Badet (Arles - Saintes-Maries-dela-Mer line n° 50: see schedule). Ticket price: about 3 €. Pick-up at the bus stop and free transfer to the equestrian center.
You can also arrive at Montpellier or Nimes and take a taxi to the equestrian center in Camargue.
Coming by plane: Montpellier or Nimes airport, then taxi to the Equestrian center (cost about 120 €).

DEPARTURE:

01/01 after the lunch. Free transfer to Pioch Badet. Bus to Arles train station: see schedule.
Taxi to Montpellier or Nimes train station or airport (cost about 120 €).

Riding

RIDING LEVEL:
To participate, you must be a good rider, comfortable at the three paces outdoor (walk, trot, canter). This program is not offered to beginners.

MAXIMUM WEIGHT:

At the equestrian center, in a typical and simple Camargue farmhouse. 2 bedrooms for 2 people with private bathrooms and two single beds, 1 bedroom for 3 people with private bathrooms and 3 single beds, 1 chalet for 3 people with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (shared bathrooms outside the chalet).

The facility / guide / instructor may exclude on site and without compensation, any person whose information is different from the information provided on the registration form, and/or who does not correspond to the conditions of participation.

3. INSURANCES:
Cap Rando is covered for its professional civil liability: GENERALI contract n ° AL974010.
To register on a Cap Rando holiday, you must be covered by an individual liability insurance covering your activity, individual accident, assistance, repatriation, and possibly cancellation (strongly recommended not to lose your payment in case of cancellation for a reason covered by a cancellation insurance).
We offer to Europe Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway residents (only) to subscribe the "Cap Security" insurance from Chapka Insurance. This covers you for cancellation, interruption of stay, individual accident, assistance 24h / 24h, repatriation, medical expenses abroad, luggage insurance, civil liability. You can also only subscribe a "Cap Cancellation" cancellation insurance if you have insurance covering other risks.

4. PAYMENT:
- For a stay starting at more than 60 days: It is requested at registration: 50% of the price of the stay, the payment of the insurance possibly subscribed, the transport possibly requested, the booking fees. The balance is to be paid 60 days before the start date of the stay.
- For a stay starting at less than 60 days: Full payment is requested upon registration.
- For a stay starting at less than 21 days: Full payment by credit card is requested upon registration.
- If these are the last places available: Payment by credit card is requested upon registration.
You can pay:
- By credit card on our secure payment website: You will be directed to the payment link after completing the online booking form.
- By bank transfer: Our bank information will be sent to you after reception of your booking form.
For a quick processing and to secure your registration, receipt of your confirmation file within 24-48 hours: choose a payment by credit card. In addition: payment by credit card can allow you to benefit from its possible insurance.

5. CONFIRMATION:
You will receive a confirmation file and contract with the invoice and all useful information within 24-48 hours after reception of your registration form and payment.

6. TRANSPORTS:
Before booking your transport: we advise you to wait for the receipt of the confirmation file and check that your transports feet with the meeting/separation times of the offered transfers. We recommend booking refundable transports.

7. CANCELATION POLICY:
Please note: Any stay may be canceled if there are insufficient bookings to ensure the stay up to 20 days before the date of a stay of more than 6 days, 7 days for a stay of 2 to 5 days. In this case, you may be offered a replacement stay or a departure with a supplement, if these proposals do not suit you: a full refund (unless you have accepted a possible supplement upon registration), excluding booking fees and possible non-refundable transport, is guaranteed without compensation.
