The dream of spending a week with a horse: a week holiday at an equestrian center located on a lovely remote site surrounded by woods and bog land with endless riding trails. You will be relaxing in a tastefully restored 300 year old farmhouse with ensuite bedrooms. As a novice rider you can gain more knowledge about your new four-legged friend in the daily horsemanship lessons, take part in the basic riding lessons, and enjoy the Irish countryside on guided rides. As a more experienced rider, you can take your horse out for a different ride every day with your guide.

Itinerary

HORS RIDING HOLIDAY IN IRELAND

The package includes 6 days of riding (15 hours of rides or lessons), 7 nights full board accommodation on the equestrian center with full Irish breakfast, lunch and dinner.
On horseback in the morning from 9.30 a.m. for about 2.5 hours. The afternoon is free: we recommend renting a car to visit the region.
Saturday is the day of arrival and departure.
Shorter stays are possible on request.
You can come accompanied by non riders who would like to take advantage of the exceptional setting of the accommodation.

Meeting / Departure

MEETING:
Saturday afternoon at the equestrian center, or a paid transfer: from Shannon Airport at 11:30 AM or from the Loughrea bus stop at 4:50 PM. Bus schedule: www.c i tyli n k .ie

DEPARTURE:
Saturday morning after breakfast: paid transfer to Shannon Airport (departure after 9:00 AM); please book a flight scheduled for after 12:30 PM.

TRANSFERS:
Transfers to/from Shannon Airport: €55 per person each way, €120 if there is no one to share with (payable locally).
Transfers to/from the Loughrea bus stop: €45 per person each way, €90 if there is no one to share with (payable locally).
Transfers are payable locally in cash.

FLIGHTS:
Flights are not included in our prices because it is generally more interesting to book your flights yourself, an inclusive flight package is generally more expensive with agency commissions. However, we are at your disposal to help you find the best rates.

Riding

RIDING LEVEL:
As a novice rider you can gain more knowledge about your new four-legged friend in the daily horsemanship lessons, take part in the basic riding lessons, and of course enjoy the Irish countryside on guided rides. As a more experienced rider, you can take your horse out for a different ride every day with a guide.

Single bedroom supplement *: 210 €
Shannon airport transfers: ±55 € / person / each way (to pay locally)

* If you book in shared bedrooms and if there is no other rider to share bedrooms with you, the single supplement will be applied.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

Horse and tack rental, guide, assistant, accommodation, all meals, all sight seeing trips and entry fees, financial bond for your payments by our travel agent guarantee.

THE PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE:
Individual insurance, drinks, tips, transfers from/to Shannon airport, transports, all that is not indicated in "the price includes".

INSURANCE:
A civil liability and travel insurance (assistance/repatriation) is compulsory. A cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
A payment by credit card can make you benefit from its possible insurance (check your contract).
We offer to Europe Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway residents: the Chapka insurances.
Cap Security: full insurance with cancellation. Cap Cancellation: cancellation only.

By booking with Cap Rando, you get the benefit of the French travel agency law, one of the strictest in the world: an unlimited financial guarantee for all your payments !

BOOKING PROCEDURE:

If you already have received the confirmation of the availability and the price, you can proceed directly to your booking:

2. BOOKING:
Fill out the online registration form: https://www.horsebackridingvacations.eu/form/booking-form
If you are registering and paying for several riders, you can add riders on the form.
If you have difficulty with the online form or if you prefer:
- Download the Excel file for 1 rider

To be completed, saved on your computer, and sent by email as an attachment.

Your personal information (birth date, height, weight, riding level & experience, health information, etc.) are contractuals. The facility / guide / instructor may exclude on site and without compensation, any person whose information is different from the information provided on the registration form, and/or who does not correspond to the conditions of participation.

3. INSURANCES:
Cap Rando is covered for its professional civil liability: GENERALI contract n ° AL974010.
To register on a Cap Rando holiday, you must be covered by an individual liability insurance covering your activity, individual accident, assistance, repatriation, and possibly cancellation (strongly recommended not to lose your payment in case of cancellation for a reason covered by a cancellation insurance).
We offer to Europe Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway residents (only) to subscribe the "Cap Security" insurance from Chapka Insurance. This covers you for cancellation, interruption of stay, individual accident, assistance 24h / 24h, repatriation, medical expenses abroad, luggage insurance, civil liability. You can also only subscribe a "Cap Cancellation" cancellation insurance if you have insurance covering other risks.

Chapka insurances must be subsribed to Cap Rando on the registration form (no possible later !)
For other country citizens: if you pay by credit card, depending on your card, you may be fully covered: check your contract.

4. PAYMENT:
- For a stay starting at more than 60 days: It is requested at registration: 50% of the price of the stay, the payment of the insurance possibly subscribed, the transport possibly requested, the booking fees. The balance is to be paid 60 days before the start date of the stay.
- For a stay starting at less than 60 days: Full payment is requested upon registration.
- For a stay starting at less than 21 days: Full payment by credit card is requested upon registration.
- If these are the last places available: Payment by credit card is requested upon registration.
You can pay:
- By credit card on our secure payment website: You will be directed to the payment link after completing the online booking form.
- By bank transfer: Our bank information will be sent to you after reception of your booking form.
For a quick processing and to secure your registration, receipt of your confirmation file within 24-48 hours: choose a payment by credit card. In addition: payment by credit card can allow you to benefit from its possible insurance.
Please note: your reservation will only be confirmed after receipt of your payment.
If you pay by a bank transfer: if possible, do an immediate transfer to secure your booking and send you the confirmation & travel file quickly !
Your payments are guaranted by our GROUPAMA travel agent bond.
If you book a trip through Cap Rando, you have the guarantee not to loose any payment.
The French law is the strongest and requires all French travel agencies to have an unlimited financial guarantee for their customers in case of financial failure.

5. CONFIRMATION:
You will receive a confirmation file and contract with the invoice and all useful information within 24-48 hours after reception of your registration form and payment.

6. TRANSPORTS:
Before booking your transport: we advise you to wait for the receipt of the confirmation file and check that your transports feet with the meeting/separation times of the offered transfers. We recommend booking refundable transports.

7. CANCELATION POLICY:
Please note: Any stay may be canceled if there are insufficient bookings to ensure the stay up to 20 days before the date of a stay of more than 6 days, 7 days for a stay of 2 to 5 days. In this case, you may be offered a replacement stay or a departure with a supplement, if these proposals do not suit you: a full refund (unless you have accepted a possible supplement upon registration), excluding booking fees and possible non-refundable transport, is guaranteed without compensation.

equestrian holidays in Ireland We had a great riding holiday in Ireland and we were sad to leave the premises, the horses, the dogs, the staff and the Irish.
Can you once again warmly thank Nicola for her welcome, her work (God knows if she has any!!!) and her dedication. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for entrusting me with her pony Tierney: a great Connemara !! Voluntary, very dynamic, sure feet, always ok. How sad to leave him !
Lunch a little "light" for us French ah ah. Our room was nice with a view of the horse boxes. Very nice place, calm, relaxing, rejuvenating
A great stay, wonderful weather, well-maintained and well-maintained horses, very friendly staff. The farm is a relaxing place and very well decorated by Nicola. Beautiful walks on horseback and on foot. The car was a plus for visiting the surroundings: splendid forests and castles to visit. We warmly thank Nicola and Bertie for their welcome and their work ! We can't wait to go back...
