Three days horseback ride to discover the Luberon Nature Park around Lauris.
INDICATIVE ITINERARY *
Day 1: Meeting at 9 a.m. in Lauris, at the foot of the Luberon. Welcome, presentation. Allocation of horses, departure for a day on horseback to the crests of the Petit Luberon. Picnic in a cedar forest. Return, dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Departure for a day of horseback riding to the banks of the Durance. Pleasant walk which allows you to discover a variety of landscapes, from the pine forests, wild scrubland of the Luberon massif to the banks of the Durance, its beautiful shaded trails along which you can discover numerous birds, including the majestic gray heron. Picnic on the banks of the Durance. Return, dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Departure for a day of horseback riding to the Petit Luberon. Climb into a valley, viewpoint over the Durance plain and in the distance the Alpilles and the Montagne Sainte-Victoire. Return and end of your stay.

Day 1 at 9 am in Lauris.
Lauris is located 1 hour from Marseille and Avignon, 1/2 hour from Aix en Provence.
Coming by plane or train: bus schuttle from Marseille airport or Aix en Provence TGV station (see price and schedules) or Marseille Saint-Charles cente train station (see price and schedules), Aix en Provence TGV station, then bus from Aix en Provence 9h40 to Lauris centre à 10h45 (see price and schedules). Free transfer from Lauris bus stop to the equestrian center.
Day 3 at about 5 pm. Transfer to La Roque d'Antheron bus stop. Bus from La Roque d'Antheron (see prices and schedules) at 6:27 pm to Aix en Provence center 7:05 pm. Bus schuttle (see price and schedules) from Aix en Provence center to Aix en Provence TGV station, Marseille airport, Marseille Saint-Charles center train station (see price and schedules).
RIDING LEVEL: 
To participate and enjoy this ride, you must be comfortable at the three gaits outdoor (walk, trot, canter) on balanced horses.
AGE & MAXIMUM WEIGHT:
From 12 years, 85 kg maximum.
RYTHM:
5 hours riding per day on average: 2-3 hours in the morning, 2-3 hours in the afternoon,. At three gaits: walk, trot, canter when the terrain allows it.
GROUPS:
4 + the guide.
GUIDE:
Licenced English speaking equestrian guide.
HORSES:
Mainly of the Camargue breed. Your guide chooses your horse on the morning of departure based on your height, weight, level and experience. All our horses are trail riding "professionals". They only do this activity and live in herds all year round. For these reasons, they are weel balanced, kind and willful. Medium in size, we chose them because they are suitable for the type of riding we offer.
TACK:
Comfortable trail ride and western saddles equipped with saddlebags, that allow you to take the lunch picnic as well as some personal belongings. A saddlery adapted for the comfort of the horse, the comfort and the safety of the rider..
ACCOMMODATION:
Iin 2-3 person bedroom in a nice guesthouse with a covered swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam. Single bedroom available with supplement.
Dinners are taken at your accommodation. Picnics are taken in the saddlebags for lunches.

Individual insurance, drinks out of meals, 1 meal in Lourmarin, any visits, transfers from/ to Marseille airport, Aix-en-Provence TGV station, Aix-en-Provence SNCF station in-Provence center, all that is not indicated in "prices include".
INSURANCE:
A civil liability and travel insurance (assistance/repatriation) is compulsory. A cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
