A horseback ride in Morocco suitable for riders wishing to learn about trail riding. You spend the first days at the ranch then leave for 3 days, along the coast of the south of Morocco, covering a few kilometers from the ranch to the fishing village of Sidi Rabat ! Possible all year round, from 2 riders (8 max). This ride is aimed at riders who are comfortable at the three paces (walk, trot, canter). On average, you ride 5 to 6 hours per day. You ride trained horses in good physical condition with recently renewed, high-end, adapted equipment. The route provides passages on the beach, their duration as well as the paces used, are dependent on the height of the ocean. While being comfortable, thanks to a fine selection of hotels and guest houses, this ride is totally immersed in deep and authentic Morocco, far from the classic tourist routes.

EQUESTRIAN VACATION IN MOROCCO
INDICATIVE PROGRAM *
Day 1: Meeting at Agadir airport and transfer by taxi to the ranch. On arrival, you discover the ranch: oasis of greenery in which you will spend the week. You can enjoy the gardens and terraces between the sea and the mountains. Discovery of the team and the horses around a good Moroccan tea before dinner.
Days 2 and 3: At the ranch. After a hearty breakfast, prepare the horses around 9:30 a.m. You go for a horseback ride and can explore the surrounding area (possibility of career courses). Lunch at the Ranch. In the afternoon you get on horseback again for a ride inland or a canter on the beach. After each riding session (approximately 2 hours) you participate in the care and showers of the horses. At the end of the day we meet for a friendly and typical Moroccan dinner.
Day 4: Ranch - Caves. Today, you prepare your horse and the equipment to go for 3 days on horseback. As soon as you leave, if the tide permits, you reach the beach and enjoy long gallops. Lunch near the fishing port of Aglou. In the afternoon you walk along magnificent trails overlooking the ocean to the lodge run by a Berber family. You spend the evening in troglodyte caves hidden in the rock with breathtaking views of the sea.
Day 5: Caves - Massa. Departing from the caves, you enjoy beautiful sandy tracks at the top of the cliff, until lunch with a view of the sea. In the afternoon, you enjoy beautiful galloping tracks in this sandy desert before heading towards the palm grove. As you approach Massa, you discover a green and unexpected landscape from above. In the evening, you join the comfortable hotel de la palmeraie de Massa for a swim in the swimming pool or a traditional hammam (by reservation only, minimum of 3 people).
Day 6: Massa – Sidi R’bat. The day begins with crossing the palm grove. You walk among crops and beautiful shaded paths. You take a small path to reach a village overlooking the Massa oasis. You return to the superb beach of Sidi R'bat for a nice gallop before arriving at the picnic near the fishermen's houses. After lunch, we load the horses into the trucks for the return trip, the riders return in a 4X4. Upon arrival at the ranch everyone participates in the care of the horses.
Day 7: Ranch. For your last day, you have the choice: you go horseback riding for the day in the mountains that dominate the ranch with a picnic under the argan trees. The opportunity to gain a little height to admire the coast one last time with a magnificent view. Or: trip to the sea in the morning to walk the horses in the water, ideal for 
recovery, for those who prefer to enjoy a free afternoon. Possibility to relax with a massage or visit Mirleft to bring back some souvenirs.
Day 8: End of your equestrian experience in Morocco after breakfast. Transfer to Agadir airport, with your head full of beautiful memories.

RIDING LEVEL: 
You must bee comfortable at all three paces (walk, trot, canter) outdoors, independent, in good physical condition. Maximum weight: 80 kg.
RYTHM:
You ride an average of 5-6 hours per day.

HORSES:
Arabian-barb horses.
The specificity of the Barb-Arab horse: Whatever his age, he keeps a good mood and an exceptional vitality. Always cheerful! Always ready !
An extremely sure foot, it is perfectly adapted to its environment.
The equestrian center carefully selects the mental and equestrian quality of the horses.
For better cohesion and more calm and security, all males are geldings. The cavalry is also composed of some mares.
Paddocks have been set up, each horse spends at least half a day there daily, allowing interaction, relaxation, freedom and games.
TACK:
Comfortable trail ride saddles.
ACCOMMODATION: 
6 nights in a room with private bathrooms on the ranch / equestrian center. 2 nights hiking, in hotels or guest houses.
The ranch has 8 spacious bedrooms of 25 m2 with all comforts and tastefully decorated, typical of the region. They are made up of two single beds or a large double bed with pillows, sheets, duvets and a small plaid (it is possible to add an extra bed). Each bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside tables, coffee table and a large storage unit. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom (5m2), shower, washbasin, WC and storage. Of course there is hot water.
The guest house provides its common areas: a very large dining room for group dinners, a lounge for tea, reading or relaxing, a garden and several outdoor terraces. The wooded garden (carob trees, hibiscus, olive trees, etc.) facing west allows you to enjoy the sunsets over the sea and relax in peace, in the shade or in the sun.
During the day you can enjoy a solarium or our massage parlour. Wifi is available in the common areas.
MEALS:
Hearty breakfasts. You take lunches and dinners xith the other riders in a friendly atmosphere. The meals are prepared by a Moroccan chef and consist of a starter, a main course, and a dessert: made from local products.

The price is calculated for a stay with a minimum of 3 riders. The stay is possible for 2-3 riders with a supplement of 50 € per person.
Agadir airport or bus station transfers: 550 Dirhams ±51 € per transfer and per car to pay locally in Dirhams (1100 Dirhams round trip).

INSURANCE:
A civil liability and travel insurance (assistance/repatriation) are compulsory. A cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
