HORSEBACK TRAIL RIDE IN TUNISIA
INDICATIVE ITINERARY *
Day 1: Upon arrival at Djerba International Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Check in to the Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Thalasso***. Enjoy free time to relax after your journey (pool, beach, spa, or simply unwind). Overnight at the hotel. A gentle immersion in the Tunisian atmosphere awaits before you set off to explore the desert.
Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by 4x4 to the camp in the southern Tunisian desert. Settle into your traditional nomad tent. Introduction to the horses and riding equipment. A gentle first ride to familiarize yourself with your horse and the desert. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.
Day 3: Breakfast at camp. Morning ride across arid plains and sandy landscapes. Pace adapted to the riders' level and the weather conditions. Return to camp in the afternoon. Traditional dinner and evening around the campfire.
Day 4: Breakfast at camp. Morning horseback ride across arid plains and sandy landscapes. Pace adapted to the riders' skill level and weather conditions. Return to camp in the afternoon. Breakfast at camp. Departure on horseback towards varied desert landscapes, possibly including oases and rolling dunes. Picnic or lunch at camp. Return and rest in the afternoon. Dinner under the stars. Traditional dinner and evening around the campfire.
Day 5: Morning ride across vast desert landscapes, with the possibility of a longer gallop depending on the riders' level, return to camp for lunch, free time to relax or enjoy the surrounding tranquility. Evening gathering with local music and traditional songs.

TACK:
French-designed trail riding saddles for comfortable long hours of riding. Saddlebags and pouches are provided based on individual needs.

Tents with beds (bring a sleeping bag), mobile showers, no toilets.

Breakfasts and dinners served at the camp.
- Drinks included (1 bottle of mineral water and 1 soda per meal). Alcoholic drinks are not included.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
Rental of the equipped horse, the guide, the support team, the support vehicle, accommodation, meals, drinks during meals (mineral water, 1 soda, the financial guarantee of your payments by our travel operator deposit.
THE PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE:
Individual insurance, drinks outside of meals and not included (alcoholic drinks), tips, return trip to Tunisia, transfers from/to the airport, registration fees (15 €/person), anything not indicated in "THE PRICE INCLUDES".
INSURANCE:
A civil liability and travel insurance (assistance/repatriation) are compulsory. A cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
A payment by credit card can make you benefit from its possible insurance (check your contract).
