Horseback trail ride in Brazil. Tropical trail ride that starts and finishes at a beach resort on the Atlantic coast. From there, you will explore on horseback the pretty coastline and quiet villages of Bahia. A variety of terrain from marvelous beaches and mangroves, to cliff-top paths and preserved rainforest. Brazil is known throughout the world for Rio, its beaches and the excitement of Carnival, but when native Brazilians travel for tourism they head for the golden sands and emerald seas of Trancoso in Bahia. One of the earliest settlements founded by the Portuguese in Brazil (1586), Trancoso is a village of incredible natural beauty. Its ideal year round warm climate coupled with the intimacy and privacy of a small village offer the perfect escape for those seeking exotic location and the best beaches in Brazil. Below the cliffs of the village you will find wonderful beaches bordered to the north and south by rivers flowing into the sea. In Trancoso area you will find small natural pools, preserved rain forest and many kilometers of unspoiled white sand beaches. The perfect place for a beautiful ride.
