Training and introductory to the endurance which allows you to discover this equestrian discipline. The objective is to give you an overview of the techniques and knowledge necessary for its practice.
This program will allow you to:
• Explore the region on numerous guided trail rides with an experienced local guide who knows the region well.
• Improve your skills: the trainee receives personalized advice from our guides during outdoor exercises (such as trotting in the mountains, mastering gaits on the beach) or occasionally during arena courses.
The intern is immersed in ranch life and can participate in the various tasks that make up the daily life of a passionate horseman.
These training sessions are intended for riders who are comfortable in all three gaits and have good experience with horses on different types of terrain. It is recommended to be in good physical condition. On average, you climb 4 to 5 hours per day.
You ride horses that are well trained and in good physical condition, with high quality and recently renewed horses. Appropriate equipment. Our herd of horses is made up of Arabian Beard horses with good character but lots of energy.
The ranch is managed by certified professionals with many years of experience.

EQUESTRIAN VACATION IN MOROCCO
INDICATIVE PROGRAM *
Day 1: Meeting at Agadir airport and transfer by taxi to the ranch. On arrival, you discover the ranch: oasis of greenery in which you will spend the week. You can enjoy the gardens and terraces between the sea and the mountains. Discovery of the team and the horses around a good Moroccan tea before dinner.
Day 2 - Discovery of horses and the region. After a hearty breakfast, horse preparation begins around 9:30 a.m. You go for an outdoor horseback ride, allowing you to discover the horses and the surrounding area. Lunch is served at the ranch, where you can enjoy typical Moroccan cuisine in the shade of the gardens. In the afternoon, you take another horseback ride, either exploring the interior or enjoying a canter on the beach. After each session (approximately 2 hours), you participate in the care and grooming of the horses. In the evening, you can relax on the terraces or admire the sunset from the dune overlooking the neighboring beach.
Day 3 – Riding techniques and positions for endurance riding. The morning begins with a career course, to provide you with advice on position and balance needed to cover long distances with your horse. After the lesson, you go for an outdoor ride with your horse for some well-deserved relaxation. Lunch will be served at the ranch. In the afternoon, you hike again, this time exploring the mountains to put the morning lessons into practice in more varied terrain.
Day 4 - Knowledge and veterinary monitoring of the horse during an endurance race. Explanation and observation of checkpoints. You learn to observe the qualities sought in an endurance horse and to assess the horse's level of fatigue. When you return from the morning ride, you help take your horse's vital signs, including listening to his heart rate with a stethoscope. You also learn how to present your horse for the veterinary visit. In the afternoon, you practice endurance paces and techniques for longer durations at different paces.
Day 5 – Reconnaissance of the day’s endurance loop. You go on a full-day ride to familiarize yourself with the course for the next day's endurance race, at a relaxed pace. A beautiful day which allows you to discover the mountains overlooking the coast and to enjoy the magnificent landscapes of the region, with a picnic in the shade of the argan trees.
Day 6 - Simulation of a 40 km endurance race. Departure time is scheduled according to the tide schedule to allow access to the beach. After the start control, you embark on a 40 km race with sustained paces whenever the terrain allows it. Halfway through the race, you arrive at the veterinary check-up, a moment of recovery for both the rider and the horse. You present your horse for a check of all vital signs to ensure he can continue the effort. Back at the ranch, which serves as the finish line of the race, you present your horse again for a final check after the effort. Following this intense effort, particular attention will be paid to the care of your horse.
Day 7 – Recovery. The day after the race, you walk your horse on the beach to facilitate its physical recovery. The salt water and waves have a therapeutic effect on his limbs. For the second part of the day, you have two options: 1. Go for one last horseback ride. 2.Enjoy a free afternoon with the possibility to go to the beach, relax with a massage or visit Mirleft to buy souvenirs.
Day 8: End of your equestrian stay in Morocco after breakfast. Transfer to Agadir airport, with your head full of beautiful memories.

- The chefs offer you a cooking class to teach you how to concoct a typical Moroccan menu.
- You can enjoy a yoga class on the terrace to recharge your batteries after a day of riding.
- A masseuse offers you in the Beauty Salon, many treatments and massages to relax and take care of yourself.
Outdoors:
- For an unforgettable dinner, we suggest you organize an evening with a meal on the beach. The beach is a few hundred meters away easily accessible on foot !
- You can access the swimming pool of a nearby hotel with a preferential rate.
- For lovers of breathtaking views, you can enjoy a paragliding spot right next to the ranch.
- The waves of the Atlantic allow all year round to practice surfing.
- For those who also like mechanical activities, possibility of quad rides.
- Mirleft and Tiznit are the two nearby towns that deserve to be visited, the opportunity also to bring back some souvenirs.

RIDING LEVEL: 
For riders comfortable with three gaits, experienced with horses on different types of terrain. and in good physical condition. Maximum weight: 80 kg.
RYTHM:
You ride an average of 4-5 hours per day.

HORSES:
Arabian-barb horses.
The specificity of the Barb-Arab horse: Whatever his age, he keeps a good mood and an exceptional vitality. Always cheerful! Always ready !
An extremely sure foot, it is perfectly adapted to its environment.
The equestrian center carefully selects the mental and equestrian quality of the horses.
For better cohesion and more calm and security, all males are geldings. The cavalry is also composed of some mares.
Paddocks have been set up, each horse spends at least half a day there daily, allowing interaction, relaxation, freedom and games.

Comfortable trail ride saddles.
ACCOMMODATION: 
In ensuite bedroom on the ranch / equestrian center. In a room with private bathrooms on the ranch / equestrian center.
The ranch has 8 spacious bedrooms of 25 m2 with all comforts and tastefully decorated, typical of the region. They are made up of two single beds or a large double bed with pillows, sheets, duvets and a small plaid (it is possible to add an extra bed). Each bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside tables, coffee table and a large storage unit. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom (5m2), shower, washbasin, WC and storage. Of course there is hot water.
The guest house provides its common areas: a very large dining room for group dinners, a lounge for tea, reading or relaxing, a garden and several outdoor terraces. The wooded garden (carob trees, hibiscus, olive trees, etc.) facing west allows you to enjoy the sunsets over the sea and relax in peace, in the shade or in the sun.
During the day you can enjoy a solarium or our massage parlour. Wifi is available in the common areas.
MEALS:
Hearty breakfasts. You take lunches and dinners xith the other riders in a friendly atmosphere. The meals are prepared by a Moroccan chef and consist of a starter, a main course, and a dessert: made from local products.

INSURANCE:
A civil liability and travel insurance (assistance/repatriation) are compulsory. A cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
